This study aimed to empirically analyze the rulings of the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná related to specialized listening in cases of sexual violence, based on Law 13.431/2017. A jurisprudence search was conducted on the TJPR website using the descriptors “specialized listening” and “children and adolescents,” combined with the connectors “and” and “or.” A total of 176 records were found, of which 40 were selected. The analysis considered the terms “sexual violence” or “sexual abuse”; rulings that mentioned special testimony; and those that included the terms “psychological and/or physical violence” related to the victim’s listening process. The results indicate that, in most decisions, judges prioritized conducting a single interview with the victim, generally through specialized listening, to avoid re-victimization.
2025-09-16T00:00:00-03:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://revistas.utp.br/index.php/IJFP/article/view/3591 Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work: Definitions, Theoretical Models, and Applications in Regulatory Standard No. 1 (NR-1) 2025-09-17T17:02:06-03:00 Pedro Afonso Cortez cor.afonso@gmail.com
This theoretical essay addresses psychosocial risk factors at work, focusing on conceptual definitions, major theoretical models, and their application in Brazil’s Regulatory Standard No. 1 (NR-1), updated by Ordinance SEPRT/ME No. 6.730/2020. It focusses on Karasek, Siegrist, Lazarus, and Demerouti’s models, as well as ISO 45003 guidelines. The discussion highlights the relevance of integrating psychosocial risks into the Occupational Risk Management Program (GRO) and the Occupational Risk Assessment (ARO). As a practical contribution, the essay proposes CP-LABOUR — a psychosocial tool grounded in work psychology and national regulations — as a validated instrument for diagnosis, prevention, and causal analysis. The essential role of Organizational Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and Forensic Psychology in occupational health is underscored.
2025-09-16T00:00:00-03:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://revistas.utp.br/index.php/IJFP/article/view/3456 Agressividade em Psicanálise 2025-09-18T21:05:02-03:00 Carlos Eduardo Borges Dias borgesdias.edu@gmail.com Andrea Freire Fernandes Eichler dos Santos andrea.santos1@utp.edu.br Larissa Borges Dias Souto larissa.souto@utp.edu.br Willian Mac-Cormick Maron willian.mccormick@gmail.com
This study analyzes the concept of aggressiveness in Jacques Lacan's theory (“Aggressiveness in Psychoanalysis”, 1998/1948), articulating it with contemporary contributions from Fong (2017), Kaye (2023), and Neill & Eyers (2024). For Lacan, aggressiveness is conceived as a structural force that traverses subjective constitution and social bonds, emerging from the alienation inherent to the mirror stage and mediated by the big Other. The analysis highlights how this constitutive tension, articulated with the registers of the Imaginary, the Symbolic, and the Real, is essential for understanding subjectivity. By engaging with contemporary authors, the study broadens the comprehension of the concept, linking it to pre-specular dynamics of dependence and separation (Fong), sociopolitical tensions of capitalism that exacerbate narcissism and structural violence (Kaye), and experiences of bodily fragmentation that shape subjectivity (Neill & Eyers). The findings reaffirm that aggressiveness is an indispensable concept for psychoanalysis and the study of contemporary subjectivities. Furthermore, the study suggests future investigations into the clinical management and sociocultural implications of aggressiveness, emphasizing its centrality in understanding subjective and social transformations.
This article is a report about two extension experiences developed by Psychology in the interface with Law and carried out in two Public Higher Education Institutions located in two regions of Brazil. Therefore, the objective is to share extension practices from a perspective of the psychological support in the justice system and the relevance of university extension. Combining the courses and approaches of the two extension experiences, the practice of psychological support emerges as a common point, as well as the interdisciplinary dialogue of the practice developed. One aspect that can be considered in relation to the extension experiences is the flexibility that both have for unpredictability, an aspect intrinsic to Psychological Support. This openness to the unexpected also applies to the public attended, since they initially arrive seeking the resolution of their legal demands and are surprised by the availability of psychological support. Understanding how the practice of Psychological Support operates in the psycholegal space has become a central path in this article, going through the routines of the extension services and taking a reflective look at the practices performed. In this way, it is understood that sharing such experiences can inspire new extension actions in the psycholegal field.
This short communication discusses gender-based violence from an intersectional and structural perspective, highlighting the role of masculinities and social, racial, and economic inequalities. Based on experience reports from four Psychology professionals who work as facilitators of reflective groups with men who have committed domestic violence in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, this study seeks to understand the dynamics of this listening and construction space. The methodology used was the experience report, with a qualitative approach, grounded in feminist theories, gender studies, and studies on masculinities. The need to listen to masculinities in their plurality and to deconstruct stigmatizing discourses that associate "machismo" exclusively with racialized and poor men is emphasized, as well as the need to design public policies to address gender-based violence from a perspective that integrates care, listening, and social justice.
2025-09-17T00:00:00-03:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
